Bromelain belongs to a group of enzymes that can break down proteins. It is a combination of thiol endopeptidases and other components such as phosphatase, glucosidase, peroxidase, cellulase, escharase and several other enzymes.

Our bromelain capsules have a concentration of 1200 GDU (Gelatin Digesting Unit) per gram. GDU indicates the activity of the enzyme.

Composition per veggie capsule:

Bromelain 500 mg (600 GDU). (Pineapple protease from Ananas comosus).

Recommended dosage: Take 1-4 capsules per day during a meal with water or another liquid. Do not exceed dosage.
