ILHWA METHODE

Panax Ginseng is van nature een gevoelig product dat uiterst speciaal behandeld moet worden. Om de belangrijkste en vitale stoffen van de ginseng (de zogenaamde ginsenosiden) te behouden, heeft ILHWA een speciale procedure ontwikkeld. Uitgangspunt daarbij is dat de quintessentie van deze opmerkelijke ginsengwortel met eerbied behandeld wordt. Zo hanteert ILHWA, in tegenstelling tot andere ginseng bedrijven, een “slechts 1x keer extratie”-methodiek. Dat betekent dat de wortel slechts 1 keer wordt gebruikt, zodat de extracten niet die slechte en muffe smaak krijgen in tegenstelling tot andere Ginseng producten. Op deze manier wordt de uitmuntende kwaliteit van de producten gegarandeerd en krijgen de klanten het allerbeste van de Panax Ginseng wortel.

Gebruik van wortels tussen de 4,5 en 5,5 jaar oud

Om de beste kwaliteit Ginseng producten te kunnen leveren, gebruikt ILHWA voor zijn producten alleen Panax Ginseng wortels die tussen de 4,5 en 5,5 jaar oud zijn. Studie door ILHWA heeft namelijk uitgewezen dat de Panax Ginseng wortels met deze leeftijd, het maximaal aantal ginsenosiden bevat. Oudere wortels hebben teveel vezels met een lager aantal en balans in ginsenosides. Daarnaast zijn andere key-ingrediënten zoals fenolen en polysacchariden flink vermindert.

Gebruik van hele wortels en worteltjes

ILHWA verwerkt de hele wortel met de kleinere aanhangende worteltjes. Meeste bedrijven pellen de wortels, omdat dit tijd bespaart tijdens de verwerkingsprocedure. Echter, in de kleine worteltjes bevatten ook de unieke ginsenosides. ILHWA kiest dus bewust voor een langere verwerkingsprocedure voor het meest effectieve eindproduct.

Geen hoge stoomtemperatuur

De meeste ginseng bedrijven verwerken hun Panax Ginseng onder hoge stoomtemperaturen om het verwerkingsproces te kunnen versnellen. Maar hoe sneller het proces, hoe groter de kans vitamines en germanium worden vernietigd en de amino-zuren en polysachariden worden verminderd.

ILHWA kiest daarom voor een vacüum procedure op basis van lage hitte, waardoor koken, stomen en hoge hitte niet meer nodig zijn. Hierdoor blijven alle key-ingrediënten in de Panax Ginseng behouden.

Door deze unieke verwerkingsprocedure bevatten de ginseng extracten van ILHWA hoge concentraties B-vitamines, mineralen (42), ginsenosides en 14 saponines die gezondheidsversterkende effecten op het lichaam hebben. Welke effecten dat zijn, vind u hier (link naar voordelen ginseng).
